Responsibilities
- Implement detailed business process functional solutions related to SAP Credit Management, Biller Direct, Dispute Management, and Collection Management.
- Maintain, enhance, and configure SAP processes including integration with other applications.
- Collaborate with technical and functional teams to ensure solutions meet functional requirements.
- Create and manage documentation such as RICEFW objects, test models, and scripts.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
