- 3+ years ServiceNow development experience
- Proficient in ServiceNow scripting: JavaScript, Glide API, Jelly, AngularJS
- Experience building integrations with REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, and OAuth
- Familiarity with Flow Designer, Workflow Editor, and Business Rules
- Knowledge of ITIL processes and alignment with ServiceNow ITSM
- Experience with ServiceNow modules: ITSM, ITOM, ITASM, HRSD, SecOps, CMDB
- Ability to perform upgrades, patching, and release tasks
- Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills
Responsibilities
- Design, configure, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions based on business requirements
- Customize applications: workflows, UI policies, business rules, client scripts, and ACLs
- Develop and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and enterprise systems using REST/SOAP APIs and MID Server
- Implement and support ServiceNow modules including ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, SecOps, and CMDB
- Perform system upgrades, patches, and releases following ServiceNow best practices
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and stakeholders to gather requirements and demo configurations
- Produce and maintain technical documentation: system design and configuration guides
- Troubleshoot issues, debug scripts, and provide ongoing platform support
- Participate in Agile ceremonies (sprints, standups, retrospectives) and continuous improvement
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or 5 years equivalent experience
- ServiceNow certifications preferred (Certified System Administrator, Certified Application Developer, ITSM Implementation Specialist)
