Skills
- Demonstrated business process engineering experience including current-state assessment and future-state design
- Experience developing process models/diagrams and maintaining process documentation for system modernization
- Ability to translate business processes into actionable requirements and solution architecture inputs
- Experience producing architecture and design documentation to support implementation and sustainment
- Strong stakeholder facilitation, workshop leadership, and presentation skills
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust (Tier 2) clearance — active preferred
Responsibilities
- Lead business process engineering to assess current-state acquisition workflows and define improved future-state processes aligned to EASS objectives
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops to capture, validate, and socialize process flows and requirements
- Develop and maintain detailed process models, diagrams, and supporting documentation (BPMN-aligned where applicable)
- Translate business processes and stakeholder needs into actionable requirements and solution design inputs for technical teams
- Produce and maintain architecture and design artifacts describing system components, data/integration flows, and operational impacts
- Develop and update integration specifications and Interface Control Documents (ICDs)
- Ensure architecture decisions, baselines, and changes are documented, traceable, and aligned to delivery cadence and release planning
- Present process and architecture outcomes to stakeholders and provide mentorship to delivery teams
Education
- Bachelor’s degree and 4 years relevant experience OR 8 years relevant experience in lieu of degree
- Preferred: degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related STEM field
